IIRC NEX 5 got better body like titanium finishing..
others just same.. both have HD video, 10fps.. so no need pay more..

NEX-3 video is until 720p NEX-5 video is until 1080p

seen a person mounting the NEX 5 on his Nikkor 70-200 VR II too...hahahaha

i like the nikkor ones more coz the color is similar with the adapter.

NEX 5 don have GPS tagging.

only A55 have it.

NEX 5 has a better grip and build quality.

depends on whether how much you use video, and full HD in particular
apart from that, go test out both models
see which grip you like best, cos it is really a case of personal preference

Full HD though too big.. later got prob with storage..
