Hi all sifus and masters in bodybuilding.
Here's my problem.
Recently i found out my chest size are different. how different? well, left size mass smaller and right size mass bigger. and oso my abs have the same problem. the packs goes up and down. right size upper abit, and left size packs lower than right size.
I've asked my seniors in my campus, but they told me keep doing it, it will grow back to normal. i've tried for 3 months and nothing change but even serious.
Can anyone knows the cure? how i could balance them? What i should do to make them back to normal/even/balanced?
FYI, i din take any whey protein. i was wondering if i take whey protein from now on, will my chest grow balance/even?
Is there any exercise can help me out of this situation?

Your answers will be highly appreciated. thanks all. smile.gif

P/S: Attached pic is my current WEIRD body. Hope all sifus and master can help me. thanks. smile.gif

ur chest...
if u r using barbell, ditch them n change to using dumbbell.
say if ur right hand can do 30lbs while left hand can do 25lbs, then use 25lbs.

yes, same weight at both side and same number of sets/reps.

correctin unbalance growth takes more time than trying to grow muscles.

I have the chest problem too.
My right chest is smaller than the left one.
Try using dumbbells and add more weights on the weaker part.

thanks for the reply dude.
using dumbbell to do dumbbell press and add more weight on left size?
but my chest mass are obviously shown that left size are smaller than right.im afraid i workout more, it will go more serious and the mass wont grow larger. aint it?

unilateral means one-sided workout
in your case means trains your weaker chest.

Unilateral training
