I register Click & Buy with my Maybank visa within the SE management. In that SE management (Click & Buy) section I change the card billing from Brunei to Malaysia and register my card have to verified by visa and successful link payment to FFXIV. Then if I go to Click & buy website and login, I can see that in my account status FFXIV is registered as monthly subscription.
