1) go update square enix service & fee and choose clickandbuy
2) register DC/CC, clickandbuy account and address under clickandbuy's interface
3) directly buy crysta from square enix account....
*(this is where you'll know clickandbuy recognize your DC/CC or not...)
4) clickandbuy will send an email with invoice about the successful transaction it had charge your cc.....
**Verifying process will take 1-3 days but mine is 2 not shouldn't be too long

damn, I was told it was preorder and I dont have the item now..
I only have 2 codes, one is game code 1 is ffxiv registration code..

The pre-order period mostly occurred around june till mid September. If you bought from LYN sellers then you might have this problem. My friend pre-order her CE EU from amazon and she got an extra goggle item while the CE EU I bought from Sanzo doesn't have that, so you can figure out.

Sorry but I can confirm as my friend has one and she showed to me in game. The goggles is a pre-order gift for both CE and SE. I'm not having an argument but I saw it with my own eyes so I can't lie about it.

he probably got it from other people's code... =\

I'm sorry but the website doesn't lie as well, only preoreders for SE gets the Garland Goggles.
