You mean Philips has the most problem? May I know what is that ? From what I know, Philips has best refresh rate (2ms) for cheaper price. Its going to be tough if their panel has other problems.

This price war is getting interesting.

40' is getting very cheap. I strongly recommend biggest screen possible as 40' price drop also means 46' price reduction too.
