HTC Desire Display Problem

Bought one HTC Desire at end of July, after using for around two weeks encountered problem with display. Occasionally no display after unlock (from timeout) or no display when boot up. Tried factory reset and change the memory card but no use. sent for warranty repair and changed the board but still the same. anyone encounter similar problem or can suggest any possible causes? thanks
