Any earpieces/earphones/headphones with a 3.5mm jack will work on the G5. Most of them ARE 3.5mm. BTW didn't know my setting actually works >.< . I was randomly exploring around.

smile.gif As per request The Making of Goolge Offline Maps

1. Download the Mobile Atlas Creator 1.75

2. Extract and Run the Mobile Atlas Creator.exe at PC (Java Enviroment installed in PC needed, JRE or JDK, you may download it herehttp://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp)

3. Choose "Map Source" = "Google Maps"

4. Choose "Zoom Level", the higher level the more zooming and details of the map, but the map's size will larger
(recommend 0-16 or 0-17)

5. Choose "Atlas Settings" = "Big Planet Tracks SQLite"

6. Highlight the selection map (right click to move the map, left click for selection)
*Dont select the map by too large area, recommend 1-2 state will do

7. Choose "Atlas Content" - "Add Selection"

user posted image

8. Press "Create Atlas" - It will take some time to download the maps to your PC, depend the internet connection speed

9. After downloading finished, press "Open Atlas Folder", a file "BigPlanet_maps.sqlitedb" can be found

10.Copy to SDCARD/RMaps/maps/Big Planet Tracks.sqlitedb
(you can rename "Big Planet Tracks.sqlitedb" to "AnyNameYouWant.sqlitedb")

11. Download the apps "RMaps" from Android Market

12. Run and choose "Big Planet Tracks.sqlitedb" in RMaps
(More => Settings => User defined maps => [choose a map] => Enabled map)

i just got setting just only for mms...doesnt need worry about our credit because of syn with fb or with other apps at internet....
after that untick use only 2g networks...than tick enable always on mobile...

means that all of u can use mms without worried the internet bill...

because the enable always on mobile only on 3g/h to sent and receive mms...

if want saves battery...after sent...tick back use only 2g networks...

anyone have other setting than this??? share2 with us...
*
already try it, cannot select the APN selection once i set the APN type to "mms" only..

yeah of course can't, because the selection only show if u select internet or internet+mms...
if u select one of it...u just enable internet for ur phone..means that when u receive or sent mms...the internet will connected together...

mms=data...enable always on mobile function was to enable data connection...

if u want internet...just change the apn into internet+mms...if u want mms only(worried about ur credit will be suck away by internet) just change all apn into mms...
than u tick the enable always on mobile function...so u can receive and sent mms without worry about ur money...

but remember to untick use 2g network only...than u can use mms...

smile.gif we can scan without problem............
is that your barcode too small because you set too high resolution on your monitor?
