the easiest way is open any sms from Messaging, then there will be a popup for you to choose Messaging or Handcent, underneath there is a checkbox to use as default... so make sure that checkbox is checked when you select Handcent. Then, handcent will set as default.

after you have set handcent as default, you have to disable notification from Messaging Settings, else you'll receive notification from both of the apps.

hmm... i have no problem viewing and downloading attachment using the email app so far.. been using it a lot lately...

you have to open the Messaging apps (default sms app), go to the Settings -> uncheck Notifications

Cannot download the apk directly from g5? I've tried n it shows cannot download due to unsupported type

thanks all for the reply. I can't download it at all by using the stock browser and there is no settings/options for me to set to download to phone/sd card. It just won't download the file at all due to unsupported type of file.

so, probably it's the stock browser limitation. I might have to download a browser from the market in order to download these files directly from the forum...

after that, you could choose to type chinese/english by pressing on the button that switch between alphabets/symbols/numbers, you can also change the keyboard type by pressing the settings button. only 3x4 keypad you can type chinese using pinyin, qwerty only have stroke option

anyone whom have tried out Guitar Hero facing any problem? when I played for easy level, there is no problem. But when playing the medium level, whenever there are two colours, especially the purple bars, that are very close to each other, the phone seems not able to detect it and keep on showing missed as I notice that it react slow (like delay) whenever
press two times within a short time. is this only happens on mine or you guys experience the same thing also?

also, it seems that only have problem with the purple bar, it will detect as pressing the color button instead of the paddle which would "push" up all three colors... coz for those color buttons I have no problem... haih~ wasted.. such a nice game... haha....

yup, it will auto terminate your account after 3 months, you wont be charged anything since you didn't activate it and they can't charge you anything also.
they can only charge you when you have activate your account and put in your payment method, eg: credit card. since you haven't activate it, i m sure you didn't give out any of the credit card/bank details, so don't worry about it ;-)

just get a dock that have usb cable, then you can charge your phone already...
