Item being sold/bought: 5 KIS 2010 key x 4 units = RM 300 (each RM75)

Date of transaction: multiple times. Dec 4 2009 is one of it.
Details of the complaint :
- i brought few KIS keys and 4 of it is been blocked.
- seller told me that he promise to refund. i kindly wait and keep asking him for updates at least for a week.
- then suddenly he said he can't refund and just silent at all from replying my PM and my SMS/call.
- i pissed off, and did some digging. found his private info from one forumer (i think you guys know the one that able to dig info from bank account, right?)
- i manage to talk his mother as well, but she care less and ask me to settle by his son ourself.
- so till today, i received none of my money.

- i did already deleted all our PM and SMS due to its been almost a year (SMS lost during phone upgrading)
- why i make a comment after almost a year : too packed with personal stuff and academic.
yes, basically i did not have any prove but i can guarantee you it worth to be alert when dealing with account number that i provide above.
