Ps guys for late reply. The Derrick1988 who scammed away my Rm2290, i'll tell the whole story here.

  Before CNY, i'd ordered 1 DIGI iPhone 4 from him. This is the thread link : http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1723758&hl=. Then i asked him to reserve for me, he told me 1st come 1st serve. So i dealed with him, that night i straight went to CIMB bank and pay him. Then he told me his DIGI set was sold -.- and he'll get another set from maxis store by the next day, so i wait. The next day, he gave me the tracking no of skynet and he chit chat alot with me. I feel something wrong, so far i never met so funny seller. And 1 more, when i managed to talk about the iPhone 4 that he sent me, he'll change topic straight. I still asked him did he really post the item to me. He told me ya, 1 day.. 2 day.. 3 day.. the parcel no still not existed. I called in skynet sibu, the staff told me the parcel is still at melacca. Then i asked derrick to go to skynet office and check my item what happened to him. Here's the conversation that he asked his  chinese friend to act as skynet staff. And we spoke mandarin in the whole call.

Me : halo
His friend : halo, here's skynet office. anything i could help you?
Me : Erm, i want to ask ah. The parcel no XXXXXXXXXXXXX, my friend he has posted few days ago. Why is it still not yet send out?
His friend : erm because we have to send the item to KL, and KL skynet will send it to you.
Me : oh okay. Thanks
His friend : Ok. Bye

Then i've been waiting for 2 more days, the parcel still blank -.- then i phoned in skynet melacca. The staff told me the parcel is a blank parcel, none staff received the item. Only i know the fag has scammed my $$. Then i asked him to return, guess what he tell me? '' I've used the $$ to buy my new year clothes '' OH MY F*CKING NIB, and i made report at police station and prepared to get him sue. Only he scared and asked me to settle the problem, and asked him don't disturb him. He straight off the phone. And he ran away with my $$ at last. 

Btw, i've deleted the bank detail away. So i couldn't give his real life name and bank account number. But if you give me the list of name, i'll know which 1 is his name.

My dear, he keep asked me to cancel report at police station. He says he is still a student, asked me to give him chance. And it gave me a lesson Don't buy stuff from those newbie who might commit themselves into scamming. Well i'm still mad with him, and idk what to do now btw. I'd cancelled the report at police station btw, not going in for 2nd time. Police will wrest me 1st, for fooling them.

What should we do now? Let's wait for a sec, see how he reply me in PM. I'm trying to trap him out and get some evidence and post here. Because i deleted all the powerful evidence that could help me gain the rate of belief by forumer. I just pm-ed him,

''hey dude, you told me you dont have $$? and now you're still selling such high budget stuff in forum? Pay back the money to me ok thanks  and the blank parcel you gave me, 201550396375. It sent to miri huh? Mean you din't send it to me but to other buyer, so what to say now?''

can add him into the conman list? And you try to get his contact num and CIMB bank acc. Because if i ask him to, he'll doubt later. ( Been scammed once, still need another try? )

Dear All

I cannot stop myself from sharing this with all of you.

Its all started when I received a call from someone claiming that he was from Maxis and he asked me to shutdown my phone for 2 hours for 3g update to take place. As I was rushing for a meeting, I did not question and shutdown my cell phone.

After 45 minutes I felt very suspicious since the caller did not even introduce his name. I quickly turned on my cell phone and I received several calls from my family members and the others were from the number that had called me earlier - 3954380.

I called my parents and I was shocked that they sounded very worried asking me whether I am safe. My parents told me that they had received a call from someone claiming that they had me with them and asking for money to let me free. The call was so real and my parents even heard 'my voice' crying out loud asking for help. My parent was at the bank waiting for next call to proceed for money transfer. I told my parents that I am safe and asked them to lodge a police report.

Right after that I received another call from the guy asking me to shutdown my cell phone for another 1 hour which I refused to do and hung up. They keep calling my cell phone until the battery had run down. I myself lodged a police report and I was informed by the officer that there were many such scams reported. MOST of the cases reported that the victim had already transferred the money! And it is impossible to get back the money.

Be careful as this kind of scam might happened to any of us!!!  Those guys are so professional and very convincing during calls. If you are asked to shut down your cell phone for updates by the service provider, ASK AROUND! Your family or friends might receive the same call.

See the attached doc that proof i have transfered him RM50 (   not a big amount)

I found a TARC student name match 100% exactly from google. (i also have attached it) Not sure if it is a same person..

  Today lesson for me is not to try luck on this kinda of deal no matter how small amount...

I believe this rm50 will be worth it for future as it might avoid others to get in to big scam from him again...
