trip from ipoh to kb in 2007.have to drive alone because bring a lot of stuff n lazy to angkut by bus.after reaching grik around 2 am, noticed 1 lady with long hair and white attire by the road alone.couldnt see the face.but the image was clear as i pass3d her.can see her head tilting as the car passed her by.no pungent smell or pleasant smell.for some reason no reception and radio transmission at the area.scared but just keep cool.continued driving while reciting whatever chant i remember(im not pious type so my recital was poor).the shit thing is 5 minu
tes later the same lady reappear.this time i cannot keep calm already.this continued for almost 5 times.still remember i took bag from rear seat to front passanger seats to make sure nobody occupied the seat.was also praying the the lady did not materialised inside my car.reaching grik around 2 am.i peed while driving n need to clean it nearby grik mosque.one of the pakcik that work as guard there advise me to stop driving and continue later after subuh prayer.that was the last time i drive at night using grik highway

no i was not sleepy during the time-used to played dota 1 for days.blue cafe ipoh was heaven during that time

i sleep a lot prior to the drive

another reason is because some is wondering around for thousand of years....and they stay at same place without barber shop to cut their hairs   

This is an interesting point of view and this is from which religion's perspective if I may so ask ?

Now that I cannot answer because I have not experienced it myself and definitely not looking forward to it as well.

Perhaps others could share if they are Catholics or various Christian denominations.

Here just my conjecture, I don't think these spirits can be classified by their "races" like how we are made up from various different religions and races. A spirit is a spirit. That's it. Something to ponder about in one's free time.

quick question. for those w third eye or yingyang eyes... how does a ghost or an entity looks like? a shadow? or human face like us? does they carry their death form?

i have not encountered any yet thankgod. but i seen footages not sure real or not where they look like shadow only

As a Christian I'd say, a ghost or rather a demon most commonly looks like the money you should not steal, the woman you should not piap, the Birkin bag you shouldn't buy, the chocolate you shouldn't eat....

But this is cool story thread so here's my cool story, when I was in the jungle the ghost looks like my friend... except my friend wasn't there

According to the Holy Bible, these spirits that causes disharmony etc are called evil spirit or demon if it's singular but if it's in a plural form they are then called legion or mob.

So if s person is possessed by a legion or mob, that means there are many evil spirits in that possessed person.

The manifestations of evil is no longer confined to one's mind but it's a reality.

I faced the demon twice inside my mother-in-law at her bedside but let me share with you, my household eye-witness account.

During dinner, suddenly her head was tilted so far backwards that all attempts to push it upright again was futile! They just couldn't push her head into an upright position.

If that's not scary enough, here is another eye-witness account of a husband whom I taught RCIA last year.

His wife a Filipino Catholic who has stop practicing her when she married him, he suddenly found her boundup for no unknown reason completely unmovable.

Since he was a practicing Hindu, he went to his Hindu temple to seek guidance since the hospital could no longer help. When the Indian monks could no longer do anything for his wife, he turned to his workmates for assistance. That too turned out to be dead ends.

Since nothing else had worked and out of options, he plucked up his courage by simply asking other Indians within his community why they were attending church instead. So he was led to meet a Catholic priest, who came to his house and exorcised the demon. As they say the rest is history now he and his son are Catholics because he himself saw the miracle that has happened.

I would say this, if you do encounter such manifestations of evil, you must immediately seek help and I do not think any religious body would turn you down once modern medicine and science can no longer apply.

Something worth sharing that happened to my family.
It was around early 1990, and I lived at the famous Balai Polis Slim River Quarters which is now long gone and demolished. Only the Balai remains as you pass by the old road now.

One evening dad was asked to go to Lima belas estate (palm oil) which was quite a distance for an investigation. There was a death of an estate worker, who was a prominent figure for all the labourers. Thus the urgency to investigate that very night.

He rode his own bike into the estate with a bottle of petrol in the front basket in case of emergency as it was his first time riding in there not knowing the distance.

About 11 my father concluded the investigation and was riding out, he was stopped by a labourer who told him it’s best to return in the morning as the ride back was very dark and only a few lights in between. The estate road was dark and foggy almost sandy at certain points and wild boars and cows used to wander on the road making it quite a difficult ride in the night. Many accidents happened on this road. The worker kept mentioning take someone along, don’t ride alone if you have to go. It’s not right tonight. 

Dad however continued as he had to report back in the morning, as he rode out slowly it started to rain and he had to slow his speed. Many times he mentioned that wild boars would dart out 10 feet before him and cross the road. It was very quiet pitch dark and occasionally a vehicle would pass.

At one point of the ride comes a small water hole or a lake, it was not big but it smelled bad , you could smell it 100 meters away. It was a dumping site for the palm oil waste. Right after this point just about 20 meters away, my father felt the bike was not able to speed as usual. It felt heavy and losing power, thinking the sand and mud was slowing him down he ignored and continued riding, after a few mins he smelled a sweet pungent smell in the air it was strong,  like burning incense.. at this point his eyes caught something in the right rear view mirror, long black hair flying about in the wind and a pale yellow white figure sitting behind him. And as soon as he saw it, he was touched on his shoulder and felt the lean of a person and at this very moment he lost control and fell.

He was in shock, he looked around, wet and soaked from rain and mud. He panicked seeing no one, picked the bike and tried to start it, and finally when it did he sped away. He was hurt from the fall bleeding on his elbows and his knees. The headlight had broken and the Petrol bottle was gone.

He sped blindly with the smell lingering around faintly almost running out of petrol until he was out of the trunk road and onto a proper road connecting to slim town when an estate Land Rover flashed lights and stopped. He saw my fathers condition , all muddy and bleeding and assisted in helping to send him back to the Balai with the bike in the Land Rover. My father explained what had happen only to find out that many many years ago a women crashed into the very lake and died. He asked my father on what purpose did he go into the estate. When my father mentioned someone had died, the driver told my father, there is a belief that the deceased smell sticks to a body if you don’t shower after seeing it and since my father was travelling alone, the women’s spirit or ghost caught it . He mentioned many men who ride alone  in the estate at night would put a single hand back on the seat and ride or avoid riding in the night alone. It was a “tempat Keras” even the British didn’t like coming out at night when they cared for the estates back then. The roads and the estates had a rich history of things of this nature.

Once home my father showered, tended his wounds and slept. That morning he has severe fever and diarrhoea, it continued for almost 4 days. It subsided itself and my father never once went into the estate road himself ever again.

Growing up in Slim, I have witnessed many things that are spooky. It was an old town and the history of Japanese occupation made it worse. Many more tales that I have heard and seen myself growing up. Any slim river Folks here ?
