BTW I am curious, do normal people able to summon power to defeat the ghost by murmuring the phrases, or must like train ( bertapa or I don't know how) to have  some level of power baru can use the phrase? I found it hard to believe by uttering a few phrase can have power to defeat ghost lo 

Hmm... if you say like that, means ppl that saw ghost, got kena by ghost are ppl that are not being protected by god ( means they r bad?)
I think its more on bad luck, and I also think its about non believer gua.. non believer don't see ghost, in my humble personal opinion..

But I lived in haunted house, where at night my chair in living room will make noises as in got ppl sitting on them, and my bucket full of water in bathtub will fall for no reason, then my mom go and ask baru we know she go ( kai guang ) at a temple that is suppose to catch ppl's souls ( cos my mom don't know Mandarin)
And we made offerings and jemput it out, and no more weird sounds since..

But I don't get goosebumps or what, just some extra noise and weird stuff only, never seen one..
But I believe in it, but I don't go and think about it too much

Christian got say if you wanna be save after you die, as in not going to hell, you must believe Jesus is your saviour..
My Chinese friend told me we must get the heaven's approval by learning good virtues ( its a shue wen, where you need to obtain from temple), like a book to learn or something, all in Chinese, I can't rmb....

So after we die, if we didn't learn all these, we will be barred from Heaven's gate...
I don't even know what to believe, too much stuff from different religion, I am Buddhist btw..

I almost completely forgot about this until someone posted something similar. This happened around March or April this year. I was having a nap during the day because I was feeling tired. I had a queen bed and I was asleep but got slightly awakened by the sound of my house door (lived in a unit so can hear everything) and sensation of someone sitting on the bed. So I just stayed put and tried to sleep. A little while later, I felt like someone was crossing over my body to get to the other side of the bed and then get off. I remmber vaguely there was some other detail, I think I felt breathing in my ear, that freaked me out. At this point I am fully awake and started freaking out but don't dare to open my eyes so eventually I fell back asleep. The strange thing is, the entire time this happened, I was so convinced it was a particular friend of mine. It was after the breathing or whatever it was specifically that happened, that I snapped back into my senses. My friend doesn't have the key to my place and I live alone. Nobody has keys to my place apart from the real estate agent and I am very certain she was not there.

I didn't notice it before but about 3 months into being at that unit, I started feeling uneasy and had difficulty sleeping. Keep in mind that I can just fall asleep anywhere, anytime so it's very very rare for me not to be able to sleep. I was chatting about this to my neighbour and she mentioned it might be because of the main power board for the entire unit block which is on the other side of my wall. In general the place also felt rather dim, in terms of energy, not light. Can't really explain much more really.

I don't know if it is related but around that time period, my place got broken into and the thief went tbrough all my things but didn't take anything at all. My laptop was right on the table, heck he even opened an envelope with cash and didn't take it. He left my kitchen knife on my bed though, which scared me. It is not likely at all it was someone I know or pissed off. Actually now that I think about it, I was in Australia at that time. For some reason one thing happened after the other that sort of forced me to get out of Australia. It's like showing me a sign but I don't know what to make of it.

Same. They even told me it's a woman with long hair. I was wtf why all ghost stories must have a girl with long hair and cannot see the face . They told me she walk around everywhere but there are few location she always there.

They also told me all ghost speak universal language what language u speak they understand that what he told me

What is the point these demon/ghost disturb us? What do they aim to get?

If we really one day faced them, will it be effective to not feel afraid at them as i read somewhere they feed on our fear? Or we simply be scarier than them and scold them back?

What harm can they do to us? Physically or mentally or both?

quick question. for those w third eye or yingyang eyes... how does a ghost or an entity looks like? a shadow? or human face like us? does they carry their death form?

i have not encountered any yet thankgod. but i seen footages not sure real or not where they look like shadow only
