your post is using window 7/ vista , and nvidia card , mine is old ati series and window xp .
It's the same location i click , the features of old card is not as good as yours so the option will be less.

No, the real reason why it didn't work is because RivaTuner is meant for nvidia cards, although it support AMD card it doesn't allow as much tweaking as nvidia card. Looks like no one notice that simplest thing.

Maybe you could try AMD GPU Clock Tool. I don't know if it supported or not but its worth a try
