It seem like Playbook can't play video format wmv. Any good apps that can play wmv file?

In my experience, when in bridging mode, there's a delay or lag when u send or receive BBM. What i mean is the connection between The playbook and My Torch is not silky smooth eventho If i put them side by side. Any method to overcome this matter? Or is this normal?

I am also having this kind of issue. Error 9300 when i tried to buy apps from apps world. Anybody here know how to overcome this matter?

Yes, U cant closed the case while u charge ur playbook. I got it during i bougfht my playbook from maxis. So far I love it. So professional looking, people will always taught that u r carrying a journal instead smile.gif

so far from what i have found, u can buy that case at Robinson, the garden (shopping mall next to mid valley). pricing if im not mistaken should be RM218. Last week i went there still got stock for marquis, leaf and the other one forgot the name.

The error occur because of the currency in ur App World now has changed to MYR. App World 2.0 will automatically change ur currency depends on ur carrier. So if u r in Malaysia, it will automatically set as MYR.

The problem is Paypal only accept USD currency for App World transaction. And there's no way u can change back the currency in ur App World back to USD unless ur App World detect that u r on U.S Carrier.

Till u can change back ur App World currency to USD instead of MYR, u'll never succeed in buying anything from App World.

Quite a sad situation isn't it?

Anyway I was in SG few days back and when I am connected to the WiFi, it prompt me to update my PB. I installed it and the only difference is Music Store which was not available in Malaysia.
Update : w00t! By using the free US proxy from the list here I was able to purchase the app (very slow for the appworld to populate) After the purchase is completed, i just cancel the download, connect again without US proxy and "re-install" the app successfully. (there were error at first but after restarting the Playbook everything is fine again)

Wanted to try asphalt 6 in my playbook, but the price tag put me off for now. Bought it for my iPhone and iPad only cost me USD0.99 each while playbook version is USD6.99. paiseh sad.gif

Got my Playbook last july during Maxis official launch. That time i was paid RM1290 (tied up with 3GB data plan for 1 year) for a 16GB Playbook.

And to my suprise today I checked with maxis website, u can get a 16GB playbook (tied up with 3GB data plan for 1 year) for only RM850!

Hi, anybody knows where can i send my playbook to get it repair? The USB port spoiled. Sent it to brightstar just now and they informed that this kind of issue is not covered under warranty. So they said to get it change, i need to pay RM950 for a new set. No option for repair. Kinda bulls**t.

Anybody can recommend me something?
