Half of your statement is right but, if u focus on width it is call superwide (24X70), or if you focus on long it is superlong (22X80), actually superlink is any link house (the 2 houses with the roof looked like combine into one) that is bigger than standard 22X70, the standard size is 22X70.Terrace : Same shape & look except for corner unit with gap between back to back house > car width

So anything that have bigger in buildup more than 22X70 can be called superlink, example 24x70, or 22X80 also superlink.
