Superlink is usually build on a bigger plot size then a link house. I think it's more for marketing term as some developers still call their house a superlink while the plot size is quite small.

Terrace house is same as link house.

Superlink usually has a wider width than the typical standard of 22x75 of a link house. However not always the case, as seen in Kinrara Residence whereby they call their 3 storey Superlinks even though the foot print is still a 22x75.

well, the difference between a so called 'superlink' and a link house can often be vague, but i think the difference between a link and a terrace is obvious.

link houses are still connected in a row, but you can clearly see that the houses are built like siamese twins. Normally their roof will look something like
"low - low - high - high - low - low - high - high - low" with the high representing houses (one on left, one on right).

terrace houses on the other hand normally mean just that - a row of houses bookended by an end lot and a corner lot.

iinm anyways.

If it's an intermediate with a full wall to wall frontage of 36' then by all considerations it should be a superlink. But a lot depends on whether your phase was launched as a superlink series or yours just happened to be a odd unit with extra wide frontage in a row of normal 22x80 links for instance. In the past there were some odd tapered units right at the bend of roads with wider frontage but it tapers narrower towards the rear. Seen some of those in OUG.

Where's your prop in Puchong anyway, cos the only other superlinks i've seen with such wide frontage is in Bdr Kinrara BK6B with 34'x80' 5+1r5b 3100 sf builtup which i thought to be the widest.

Nowadays with rising land costs, most superlinks are no wider than a normal link with 22'x75' but squeezed up to 3 storeys for bigger built ups like MS Kinrara Residence recent launch.

Kinrara Residence cannot called Superlink, Superlink refers to width - anything more than 22' - i.e - Kinrara BK6B 26x80, 28x80, 30x80, 40x80, Esplanad 24x85 Jalil Sutera 23x80, Putra Heights 24x75. Those houses in Mutiara Puchong 22x80 is not Superlink but super "long" may be
While link house it refers to the gap between the 2 rows of houses (back) is only 10ft, 99% of the new development are link house now (to maximise land usage) , if car can pass by, it means has at least 20ft wide road which is called terrace i.e Kinrara Desiran is terrace, Sentosa, Melodi, Hening, Sapphire all are link

I would like to agree with u but try telling MS stalwarts that their KR 3 storey links are not superlinks & u'd prolly draw a lot of flak, having paid 938k for it!! heh heh

Btw for your info Kinrara BK6B only has 24x80, 24x80+10, 29x80, 29x80+10 & 34x80. And their superlinks has a 20ft backlane that a car can pass thru. I'd buy this any given day than MS l/h play.

Nowadays the super in superlinks has been watered down to mean anything with 3 storeys or a bigger builtup, it used to mean anything bigger than 22ft as u've said.

So to conclude
Terrace : Same shape & look except for corner unit with gap between back to back house > car width
Link house: A B A B shape with width of the hse <22 ft
SuperLink: Hse width >22 ft

Thanks
