just registered with digi yesterday with the port in options

how long usually they need to convert from celcom post paid (bill settled) to digi?
*
I ported in from Celcom too, registered for MNP at 10:30AM, by 9:3PM, I got a message saying to switch to Digi card, and activated few hours later. So, it will take overnight.

Digi plan is low, but if you considered the iphone price compared to maxis, you are saving about the same amount.

i compared with maxis 1 year contract 32gb iphone.

maxis (ivalue 1)
iphone price = 1990
12 month rates = 1200
thus total = 3190

digi 88 (mind the 2 year contract but for the sake of comparison i'll just do 1 year plan)
iphone price =2490
12 month rates = 696
thus total = 3186

so with digi, for 1 year (and you have to serve 2 year contract), you save rm 4 compared to maxis 1 year contract.

not to mention, with maxis, you get 133min more airtime.

Unbill amount is the usage u made before the end of the billing cycle. If your bill cycle is 1st then u use before 1st it will be on the unbill. So after 1st it will be te cut off amount that u need to pay. Hope this clear

It has been 24 hours since my iDigi is activated, it is save to turn on my data connection now? Yeah, this is another "I was told story" .. the guy at Digi Metro Kepong warned me not to access Internet for 24 hours since my plan is being migrated from MNP Plan to iDigi Plan .. and it took 24 hours.. how safe is safe not to get that massive data charges in my bill? The guy said I've been forwarned not to activate any data connection.. even on wifi .. grr..

On the free bumper .. nope .. only 100 first customers at Quill Sect 14 will get free bumpers .. you may want to try claiming it from Apple, there is a thread about it.. but no idea if we're eligible .. it was for few selected countries only.
