I used both before. So I think i can judge abit for you.
To be honest the ram is not much of a difference once you optimise this phone. Wont have a single out of memory issue. The desire's camera is decent, but very easy get blur. Move little bit equals blur picture. This motorola no such case |

I can write a complete comparison if you want lol. But simply put,
Desire- Better in- Screen colors, overall speed, and a not locked bootloader (sigh...) XT720- Better in- Camera, almost unscratchable screen, price and durability. To be honest, you can't go wrong in buying either. Both are better than symbian^1 anyways. |

Serious? O.o" Lol ok, but how detailed you want it to be? I think what i said earlier is quite ok d.. Only thing i can add is that rest of features more or less the same thing. Since both are androids lol.

There's a market app that does that for you. There's one stickied topic here that explains how. But you need to set up a paypal account to actually buy the paid apps though.

If im correct, you still need the internet apn setting to have your mms. If you want avoid charges, download the app APNDroid from market, and off the internet using that, there's a switch in that app that allows mms even though internet is disabled.

QUOTE(lingch @ Nov 21 2010, 07:28 AM) Hands down xt720... not even close combat... emm maybe milestone with its qwerty keyboard. The rest of the comparisons other xt users will tell you for sure. I'm too lazy to write out ngehehe You poisoned me lol. Now at lowyat just bought Kingmax class 10 Added on November 21, 2010, 9:29 amAfter much reflash and testing on class 10 ability, here's what i've gotten so far. On france sbf, linpack score of avg 9-9.5 with stock speed. 1ghz around 13-15. On italy sbf, avg of 8-9 with stock speed. Forgot to test 1ghz on it huhu. On usa sbf, 9-10 on stock speed. 14-15 with 1ghz. Aside from that, i notice while playing games and browsing and what not... It's much smoother and not laggy as with my class 4. Now... who want 16gb class 4 sdcard aa? Opps... forgot to add that this is tested on steel beast theme cause i love it so much. And also with around 80 apps installed then test the linpack |
