It is still better than MU or Liverpool, even MC, lol.  laugh.gif

City is backed by an outrageously rich sheikh. He's doing what Roman did with Chelsea; turning a normal club into a world class club. Such an attempt requires an outrageous amount of initial investments and only once all the ingredients are there, then the owner can start to spend prudently. I think Chelsea has gone on to the next phase - spending wisely and even starting to look at youth development. City is not quite there yet.
Maybe it's too early to LOL at MU or Liverpool regarding their financial status. But with eufa financial fair play looming on the horizon. City look to be on their way to be lolled at in 2013.

Financial Fair Play

mooney to come to emirates?i doubt it.his wage demand is freaking high.

I'm not that eager to have him at the emirates. I dunno, I just don't like him ever since he scored against us at everton. But in any case, I think this drama of his is a premeditated stuff. And most definitely, we have no part in it.

My opinion about Rooney , I watched quite a few United games last season , and seriously he was great during the time . His finishing and work rate were awesome , especially the Hull game where he slotted 4 goals . Probably these was due to the good supplies by Valencia/Giggs/Park , but same thing can be said about our very own time , awesome supplies but poor finishing .

Like other been saying , I don't mind him joining our team provided he gave his fullest here . With him and Fabregas in the summer term , I don't see why wouldn't instantly turn into the closest EPL and CL title grabber . However , wages seems to be the biggest concern and definitely wouldn't be under Wenger's radar .

Back to our grasp however , I hope Fabregas will give his best and challenge the limit , just like how C.Ronaldo did before leaving United for La Liga .

And now the United fans were going against him joining City , "Sign for City and you're dead." What a sad scenario going on here now ..

On second thought , Rooney please stay far far from Arsenal , we don't need this kind of ruckus , thanks .
