for flippers, what would be the subsale price upon VP.....1.5kpsf? can sell bor at this high price when there are so many options at this price?

KLEC and Sentral Residence both has same psf pricing and the latter is better due to freehold and better connectivity plus having less competition

Strata mall with indiv owners is tough to maintain good tenant quality....I doubt $8psf rental is doable
