Was looking at renting this place purely due to its proximity with the LRT. Though am really curious as to how it's rental yield is so bad considering it has the benefit of being just walking distance to Mid Valley as well.

I guess the glut of supply in Bangsar South (larger units at lightly lower rent) really affected this project hard. Nevertheless, this bodes well for renters like myself.

Any idea when ViiA residences will be done? I reckon once that's done and more units flood the market, rentals should be further affected. So perhaps I should hold off signing a long-term contract for now
