maybe reinstall itunes? did you mess with the settings? what did you do the last time when you're connected?

i did not mess up with the settings... last time still ok but now really give me this problem... when i pass my ipod to my frenz, she said her laptop cant detect the ipod too... sigh... btw, its running with os 3.1.3 jail broken...

u mean cant detect as in cant even charge and sync stuff with itunes?

Glad that u solved ur problem=) for me, recently i posted here that i don have my bluetooth icon noe settings available on Generals, i restored the whole thing and reinstall the iOS 4.2 using itunes, and volla, the BT came back, and i got 1 more features that wasnt in my ipod when i 1st got it,the Voice Memo..

i guess sometimes apple device may have something missing even when they pre-install the iOS for us??

thats very weird yesterday i help fren to restore iPhone 3GS wid iOS4.2.1 and everything was there as normal . But y urs keep missing things

when i want restore it to 4.2.1 it hang in half way
i get error 21 i also donno how to fix it
but one i can sure i never update to 4.2.2

press power button then press home button. then your screenshot can be accessed in your photos...camera roll.

my was 3 generation, if i buy applecare which will extend warranty for another 2 year

let say my ipod got problem in next year like hardware problem, will they make replacement for me? will it be ipod 4 generation or 3 generation?
