Gahpadu, tried lock and unlock button, nothing happened? Something wrong with the remote or not programmed? I will try ask my SA after this. You can do it with your remote right? hmmmm.... Tried look up the manual, didnt mention about the feature.

Added on January 23, 2011, 11:17 amAnyone tried to repair stone chips on the front bumper? Mine has lots of stone chips, including big one right at the bottom tip of the smiley face!! Anyone knows stone chips are repairable by polishing / waxing or send for repaint? Any recommended shops to do both stone chips repair and repaint?
*
u have to press and hold the unlock button to wind down the windows and vice versa.

Mine also has alot of stone chips...sakit hati...but afaik, the only way to "remove" it is to repaint the whole bumper again. The paint coating given my mazda is pretty thin i reckon.

effie_woo..

try to press unlock button long enough until all your window wind down. If still not working and it might be something wrong with your remote.

off course..stone chips is really make me pissed off especially when we really taking a good care of exterior part.

Best solution ..paint it

Checked with my SA, according to him, the latest FL did not have that function as the function caused some problems, to the window and the remote i guess. Thanks gahpadu for your guidance.

Hi all,
I have big doubts here to find out with you ppl regarding the fuel consumption of my M3.
My mileage can easily hit >500km until I did my 20k service in the HQ,
it never reach 500km anymore after the 20k service;
maximum mileage after the 20k service drop to approx. 450km> and I'm very sure for this because I keep observing it till now the undone 30k service.

So the 1st thing in my mind is about the engine lubrication oil.
Can it be due to the semi-synthetic oil was used instead of the supposedly fully synthetic oil?

Please to those whom have knowledge on this, kindly give your most valuable advices, I need to do the 30k service in this few days.

Cheers!

It's a 2.0L, I'm very sure the value is 500~520km but not anymore after the 20k service.

Or I should say fully town drive is +/- 480km<

3 years or 60000km/100000km - free service and maintenance respectively...
includes 7 times... i don't quite remember the "months" part...
1st 1000km
2nd 10000km
3rd 20000km
4th 30000km
5th 40000km
6th 50000km
7th 60000km
most of what is need to be done to ur car is free...

except wear and tear parts..
namely brake pads, wiper, bla bla bla...

owners is given 2 books, 1 is free service booklet which has coupons for the 7 times and the other is maintenance booklet..
inside is stated what will be changed on when...
please read it...
don't just keep the book in the car then take it out whenever u go for servicing..

u r given a choice of semi syn (5000km or more) or fully syn (10000km or more)..
ipoh here gives fully syn..i don't know about the rest

some still want to continue the 5000km kind of thing because before owning a mazda, they were doing that on other cars
even though it was explained to them, they still insist...so basically it's the choice of the customer...

SA will explain to the owner of the car beforehand of course..

high profile tyre contribute to floating , either change to bigger rim or reduce the tyre profile to 55 series (off course not valid right) so , best alternative upgrade to 16" or 17" ( void the suspension warranty)

for DRL... there are many choices of DRL in the market right now..just google at auto garage .DRL

i think GS also sell that kind of led as DRL . but it only can be put out side the lamp . I say one M 1.6 done it to 'her' car

GS is appointed shop by Bermaz , any modification done outside GS may void ur warranty. Some said GS covered the warranty even u upgrade 15" to 17" at their shop
