I called to Glenmaric HQ yesterday, from the morning until evening, only they can give me an answer.
At 1st, receptionist passed my call to manager, then manager said will call me back after an hour, is lied....he didnt call me back..
then i call again, my call was passing to here and there...
the receptionist told me, everyone is busy running up and down...
huh~ i was mad...and scolded her.....
finally, they passed my call to 1 malay woman, but she dare not to tell me estimate when can i collect my car.
she told me everyone is waiting the car too...then i said i booked mine in 18/5 but didnt get any update, as though i no need to pay....i was really mad that time
She asked me to wait 1 more month, she said my car now at Kedah factory, estimate need take 1 month only can deliver to Glemarie,...
i was almost fainted

....finally i said to her, u all always like to tell us wait 1 more month and my SA always dun wan to pick up my call...i was very fed up with you all working performance...

Sorry to hear that.. but maybe they are really busy =( Anyway not trying to shield bermaz or anything.. but working attitude in Malaysia its kind of like that.. From my personal view..
Anyway what car did you booked? Just checking if there is mass production.. cause if i'm not wrong Black is very limited.. Hope you dint book Black..
