It's the following of the popular 2005 PC version & PS2 version of《家族(Clannad)》后续章《智代后记~美丽的生活(智代AFTERIt'saWonderfulLife)》, 《智代后记~美丽的生活CS版》for the PSP on 2008, 《CS版》on the PS2 with added Okazaki full voice. This X360 version is the same with the PSP version but with better graphics & sound.
After graduating from high school, Okazaki begins his life working at a recycling factory and also his sweet love life with Tomoyo Sakagami. One day, Tomoyo's brother bring back a girl name 'Tomo', then they learned a shocking truth that the girl was actually their father's illegitimate daughter! 'Tomo' was abandoned by her mother, that's why she need to stay with them.
Summer is approaching, so they decided to let Tomo to stay with them. In the mean time, Tomoyo's brother ex-girlfriend suddenly ran away from home and came here too. So the five of them begin their life through the last summer holiday ... ...

Tomoyo After's gameplay requires little interaction from the player as most of the duration of the game is spent on simply reading the text that appears on the game screen which represents either dialogue between the various characters, or the inner thoughts of the protagonist. Every so often, the player will come to a "decision point" where he or she is given the chance to choose from options that are displayed on the screen, typically two to three at a time. The time between these decision points is variable and can occur anywhere from a minute to much longer. During these times, gameplay pauses until a choice is made that furthers the plot in a specific direction, depending on which choice the player makes. In order to view the available plot lines to their entirety, the player will have to replay the game multiple times and choose different choices during the decision points to further the plot in an alternate direction. As gameplay progresses, the player will come across bonus sex scenes depicting Tomoya and Tomoyo having sexual intercourse.
