Hello guys,
iPads at work? Hmmm.. I use Penultimate with Elago stylus for minutes taking and jotting. I use Dropbox a lot to sync files from my Mac to iPad so no USB needed. Created quite a decent presentation file using KeyNote in one of the seminar i've attended thanks to the beautiful templates provided.
Now i dont have to print any slides for my own copy. Just convert to .pdf and view it using iBooks apps. No printed version needed if i want to view it at my own convenience.
But please, bear in mind. iPad is still not a Laptop replacement. If you are thinking of getting a Laptop or an iPad, get an Laptop. MacBook Air to be exact. If you are thinking of getting a Netbook or an iPad, get an iPad.
I mainly use my iPad to carry all my documents around and jot down notes in meetings, but thats it. If I need to write a memo or something I'll just run back to my desktop or borrow someone's laptop.iPads at work? Hmmm.. I use Penultimate with Elago stylus for minutes taking and jotting. Portability is one of the best feature, as I need to be connected all the time and bring documents around. Also, my department is 1 of the top ten in the company who waste paper a lot...
