called up celcom just now.ip4 will be out mid May
as for iplan 98.if u are celcom user more then 1 year will be able pay upfront for 300$ instant of 420$ 300$ upfront.refund 25$ each months for 12 months |

Got the deal around 5.30pm, total pay 1148+420+420 for 2 iphone. extremely good deal.
