my sanyo tv tuning lock, now got no voice

hye there..
tired searching already.. my sanyo tv suddenly become 'mute' and i can't adjust it... suspected my nephews played around and gatal tangan tekan-tekan here and there at the tv button.. when go to menu button-preset then "tuning lock" message appears.. can someone help me? p/s dunno what model but the instruction manual mention cp14ce1, ca14ce1,cp21ce1, ca21ce1, cp21cf1, ca21cf1 models |

this is from sanyo LCD tv user manual, don't know this will apply to your model or not, read your user manual and find out how to get into dealer mode, then disable volume lock and tuning lock
