So mean other than pre-book during launching or walk in early in the morning, no other way can get or book it now?

By which center? This whole process is so unclear for all the customers that interested
purchasing the phone if they missed the pre-booking period.

You can try your luck by walk in to the MC because that's what i've been told by the staff at the Gardens.
You have to gamble a bit(from my point of view by the statement from the MC staffs).

Come in early morning to queue up and cross your fingers that you will be in the group to purchase the phone from the quota
allocation on that day.
