ya can anyone tell me which outlet provide outright sales now cause this morning i went ttdi maxis center the first staff said that outright is not available, then the second staff said that outright is available but go and get the number.. when i going to get the number some said available some say not available and at the end they say available but the number already finish.. so i hope can know which outlet confirm selling outright ip4 thanks.
