it seems you might need to convert your repaid to a normal value plan and take up idata plan

Are you sure? From the facebook comment it sounds like prepaid users are allowed to just purchase an iPhone 4 at it's RRP with free 500mb for 12 months?

I don't think your 233 minutes call time credit is transferrable.

You'll have to pay for the 200 SMS'

If I get iValue 1 for a 32GB iPhone, I'll have to pay 1990 for the phone as well as RM100 for 12 months right? So the total cost would be 1990+1200=RM3190?

Wow, just got a bullsh*t SMS from Maxis; 'Dear Value Customer, we apologize to you that we unable to reserve your iPhone 4 from now onwards. All customer are advised to walk in any Maxis centre stores or Maxis dealers stores for purchasing.'

Absolute bullsh*t. Really.

Cool it bro...wait a few more months and then they'll be begging you to buy it.

Nah, just going to get mine from Lowyat (SG set probably). Digi only offers 24 plans. Sucks, really wanted the iValue plan.

I went to Maxis center Cheras, they said no more pre-order/booking. You have to walk-in and buy/register the phone.
And also they said no more stock at the moment, dunno when the stock gonna arrive. Then i went to KLCC, wah the queue so long and also they said the same,no more stock and no more pre-booking.
After that i went to TTDI Maxis center.Same story being told there, and they said to come again in 2 weeks time. Didn't check at the Gardens and Pavilion yet.Got frustrated and went back home sad.gif

IMO, just don't bother and buy a Sg set. I gave up after being told by the Maxis CS that The Gardens had stock left. Living in Cheras, I drove all the bleeding way to Mid Valley to find out that stock had been sold out since 5pm lol. It was terribly frustrating to be there and see all the iPhones being given out right in front of my eyes when stocks were 'sold out' I'd been going every possible moment to every possible Maxis centre to no avail, but in the back of my mind I always thought that since I left my name at The Gardens on Sunday and at Cheras on Monday, I'd get one reserved for me. I have only received one SMS from Maxis till this day, the SMS telling me that the iPhone can't be reserved anymore lol.

If Digi had 12 month-plans, I'd switch, but since they don't, I'm getting my SG set from Lowyat today.
