Big changes for BO and stuff Opening NA to SEA players would be a good time. Use SEA to test BOs, and NA to play ladders Or vice versa, whichever is preferred

You're able to do that if you're 200/200 maxed. And a good Zerg will have a lot of expansion by the time u hit 200

I would rather get the patch later. They're having problems with the patch 1st, so Blizz will know how to resolve this when our patch goes live here in SEA
