EN121545015MY.. but the item still not arrive to me.. the no also not register in the system he also not reply my pm and my msj.. help me please... rm400 is a lot for me...

User still active this morning. When did he actually send you the item? 15/9 right after u bank in?

-We'll make a police report quickly and then bring the report to Maybank to retrieve more info (address, I/C, etc.) about him.
Then go to nearest DiGi Centre to get info based on his number: 016-3960196. If he switched mobile operator, go to the current one (Celcom/Maxis/etc.) All these need to be done ASAP. Later, we put all information gathered here & go to the police station again to update the report.
Note: make a report at your nearest police station & post the report's copy here (scan/camera).

always, i mean ALWAYS google for his details (bank acc number, IC number, phone number, email, address, name, etc) before bank-in your money to a seller.

if he really con u, then consider it's a RM400 lesson. hope u learn it ONE time only. never ever fall for this again. sigh.

Maybank or any other bank will not release his details even if you present to them the police report. Request must be made by the police cos they are the investigating party. TS and others who have been conned by this fella are merely the complainants.

Lodge a police report stating the chronology in detail.

Bring also your bank in slip.

Print out as well your PM correspondence with the seller.

After you've made the report, you will be required to explain your case to the I.O (Investigating Officer). Be sure to take down his name and his contact (if he provides you with one). Follow up with him from time to time. At the same time, make your own investigation and pass any info the the I.O.

One thing's for sure, the bank will not release any info to you personally.

I wonder is there any way to trace from facebook and links to his friends as I understand overseas police were able to catch people from facebook. I often don't understand why with bank account details the police is unable to investigate or lay a trap to catch him when he withdraws the money? Banks can easily put a remark in the accounts that this person is wanted. I suspect banks are not prudent enough to weed out false identity are created when opening accounts but i thought Mykad can prevent fraud as your thumbprint is there?

Since you guys have a confirmed picture of him is there anyways to contact his friends from facebook?
