Cynox - that actually works! Thanks a lot!
Added on September 22, 2010, 2:51 pmFor AuraXTSense fans, there's some good news "Soon update of Aura, with new sense, all tested working ok now & fast, unless Camera, the only thing not work yet.." - NeoPhyTe.x360@XDA-developers This post has been edited by samurai1337: Sep 22 2010, 02:51 PM |

Hmm...not really, for me Maxis 3G speed really fluctuates depending on timing and area I'm at - Plus I'm on Wifi msot of the time haha
On average I think it's 30/40KB/s if there's "H" signal, regardless of the radio. |

QUOTE(LuffyPSP @ Sep 23 2010, 05:34 PM) I'm using OpenDesire now (after some bad experience with HDSense ROM), my wife's Legend is using CyanMod6Both are great ROMs in my opinion, it takes some time to switch from Sense. For Desire users I think OpenDesire is better since it's an improved version of CM6 and it comes with A2SD+ |

QUOTE(akachester @ Sep 23 2010, 05:46 PM) I would personally pick CM6 over OD just because CM6 looks so much better in terms of customization and design compared to OD. OD is slightly better in terms of speed though and the last CM6 that i tried, it do have a battery problem where i am barely getting 1 day of battery life. Cyanogen did say 6.0.1 will solve the battery issue though but i never tested that. Hmm... What customization and design? Don't they both look almost the same? After trying both I find both of them really similar. And of course that's because OpenDesire is pretty much based on CM6 |

QUOTE(bryan_823 @ Sep 24 2010, 11:24 AM) For those who r using Non-Sense ROM, can the contact sync with FB contact? It does seem to keep the contact photos I linked during my HTC Sense time, but for new contact I don't know how to manually link them to facebook If cant, what are the contact photo options available? Added on September 24, 2010, 12:19 pmI notice one thing, when I already have AmonRA bootloader, and I still flash ClockworkMod via ROM Manager, I'll have 2 bootloaders By default it will still use AmonRA but when I flash ROM using ROM Manager it will use CWM This post has been edited by samurai1337: Sep 24 2010, 12:19 PM |

dracozz... it's been extremely slow after a prolong usage, I don't really know what's the root cause
And some random launcher force close and BSOD (sometimes need to remove the battery and restart) |

QUOTE(LuffyPSP @ Sep 27 2010, 03:27 PM) Downloaded but still happy with 6. 0. 1. 6. But will update it tonight maybe. CM 6.0.2 so far stable for me...CM got stability isssues too fyi. Been using it today and quite smooth. But then again the OD stability issue I had may be caused by third party widgets (I try to stick to stock widgets for now) |

I think I'll go back to AuraXTSense soon if it goes on like this |

Although sense-based ROM may have its Quadrant score lowered by 200-300, using 100MB more RAM, it's running much, much smoother (moving from homescreen to homescreen is immediate, instead of having to wait 0.5s) than OD / CM. It's the user experience, not the Quadrant score / free RAM that matters Funny thing is a ported CM6.1 RC0 nightly ROM is running damn smooth in a HTC Legend though |

Not sure why it's just my problem on AOSP ROM, but I still find Sense ROM better

As in all my apps will still be there with the settings etc all intact? White - user appsEdit: In titanium backup there are items coloured white, green and red. What do they mean??
