If I going to root, I just use unrevoked method which dont require the goldcard right ?

the thing is , I just bought the micro SD card because I thought goldcard is needed when you want to root . But after I bought it , I find out goldcard is no longer needed anymore if using unrevoked !!

So I might want to sell it away since goldcard is not needed, any other way that we might use the goldcard ? backup or install custom ROM ? any reason that I should keep it    ?

i've read some news about AuraxTSense...is that the best one so far? at least the more stable one?

hmm.. just flash 7.8.1 with 32.47 radio..

realize 1 thing, plug in to computer using usb cable, computer cant detect my desire anymore..

I'm using Kingston 16GB Class4 and only got 5mb/5mb

Damn, was installing SuperVillain, there is only LauncherPro Plus (LPP) that comes with it as the ONLY UI, and the LPP is expired. I could not press the Home Key and it was prompting me a message saying it is expired and I was stuck on that screen. 

Tried removed the expired LPP and pushed a valid LPP.apk into the system app, and I could not boot into home screen.

Flashed back to AuraxTSense now. 

guys, what is the different in ext partition number 2,3,4?

is it a major difference between class 4 and class 6...??im looking at 8gb of space...dont want to regret my purchase...

if that the case,might as well i get a well known brand...

i've purchased already kingmax 8gb...planning to flash miui rom....now for my question :

1.should i just copy everything from my old card to the new card or do i need to create ext2 first and then only i copy all my stuff to the new card before flashing to a different rom?

2.whats the advisable size for ext2?

3.should i nandroid again using the new card?it will backup all the latest information in my phone right?

do enlighten me on what & not to do...thanx alot...

Havent been back here for a while... What ROM are most of you guys using? What's the most popular ROM? I am still on AuraxTSense 7.6.1. I am wondering if I should update...? What's your advise?

one silly question...if not mistaken using rom manager u can also partition your sd card & it will automatically creates ext2...correct?

Hi, My HTC Desire cannot detect any satellite for GPS, could this be a damage in the software or the hardware?...

I've change the rom version and radio but still doesn't make any difference. What are the chances that the hardware is dead?...

I've did Factory Reset for many times...

is it expensive the replace it?...roughly how much it cost?....
is there any GPS driver or some files that might be missing while I updated the rom myself??

I never tested the GPS function when it is newly bought. I tested it only after I updated the Android version from 2.1 to 2.2.

For your info, I've used Papago X5, GPS test, and many other apps to search for satellite but all fail, even after being outdoors for a long time...my fren's Galaxy S detects the satellite in just a few seconds....any help here?....HTC is gonna charge me a bomb for repairing it...coz my warranty sudah void(please dun ask why)..

Other than going to market from phone, got any sites that can recommend for free apps? coz i wanna download it now.. then when i get the phone.. just put it in..
