1st of all, sorry for this noob Q...

im wanting to buy desire for quite a while now..but the dilema is that im now residing in Africa in which a lot of gadgets are brought in from the middle east..
My issue; some of android users said that android market will not be avail..for any midl east desires..is this true...? but if there is 'Market App' pre-installed in an arabic Android HP's..does that means i can download apps from it...

p/s: they(sellers) dont allow any of their HP's be turned on /to be played around here...hmmm but i manage to persuade one of the girls to boot it and i think i saw Market app...is it the 'paper bag' android one?

just got my new desire..play untill all d juice drained. after that..got blank screen..thought its shutting down..but then htc logo appears n stucked there d..hmm..took out bat...charge few minutes..10 to b exact..turn on still stuck there..my unbranded n unrooted as well. help pls sifus..

after like 30-50" or so it
happens again...any advise n

hi guys..if using unrevoked3.2 to root my desire do i still need to install "Windows HBOOT driver" first b4 rooting? or just open - load slcd image (mine is slcd screen) - start unrevoked and connect my desire?

Also..my radio is currently 32.41.00.32u_4.08.00.09.
if i want to use latest leedroid's rom..is my radio base qualified onot? oso do i flash custom rom then update radio..hehe..(newbie here) or d other way round...

appreciate any guidance n help..

hi guys..

after successfully rooting my desire..i then flash leedroid's latest rom using Rom Manager...this is my first time /try..

after downloading clockwrokmod and doing nandroid through rom manager..if selected install rom from sd card...so i selected LeeDrOiD_v2.2f_A2SD to install... and now my screen shows

A triangle with exclamation mark and also the green android...and now waiting for a reboot...

my question is is the image i mentioned above supposed to be there? afraid my desire wont reboot...and it's not rebooting...what should i do ..please help needed here...

finally ive managed to flash my baby with ledroid latest rom...
but everytime i try using video camera it hangs and shuts...hmm the rest is ok..could it be because i didnt flash radio tu update my baseband which is currently on 32.41.00.32U_4.08.00.09.

ive try flashing to 32.48.00.32U_5.11.05.14.zip but to no avail..ive used same method like flashing leedroid using rom manager..

help needed pls..

went to recovery mode n then disable signature verification..then install...happy men now..
