am getting a desire soon. question for everyone = where is the best place to get accessories like casing or screen protector ?

HELP!
Everytime i make or receive a call, it automatically goes to SPEAKERPHONE MODE.....why? how do i disable this ? cant find the settings at all to change this.

question - i bought a 3rd party nokia usb cable to charge my desire and it wont charge the battery even up to 50% at all. is there something wrong with my battery or we must use specific HTC usb cable to charge properly ?
