Hmm, I just finished rooted my Desire, and everything is working fine.
Then I flash the new radio from CM forum into my phone, boots nicely and everything working fine.

But then, after I shut it down and try to power it, the phone refuse to open and keeps vibrating few times. I need to take out the battery and boot few more times then only manage to get into recovery menu.

Anyone face this kind of problem before?

EDIT: Shit, now it got into the endless reboot loop; the white screen with HTC logo boot up and keep on reboot! It just refuse to get into the main screen! rclxub.gif Any solution for this?

EDIT2: Hmmm, solved the problem by directly flash CM6 into my phone hmm.gif I have no idea what I did wrong that cause the problem to came up; I just use unrevoked to root; then flash to the radio version provided in CM forum, and BAM! The problem came up rclxub.gif

I remember you can configure the Display Options in stock ROM (HTC Sense);

I can't find this options in CM6 though.

I remember that in my original HTC Desire ROM (HTC Sense), I can choose to display only the contacts of Google-synched contact by configuring the Display Options of my Contacts section(called as "People" in original HTC Sense).

If you're using the original ROM (or you haven't start rooting and play around), try go into "People", open the list of contacts, then press the "Menu" button; it will bring up the Display Options.

SuperVillain is a must if you're looking fast and minimalistic design ROM biggrin.gif

Now I just need a better Power Control widget and its all done tongue.gif

EDIT: btw, regarding the UV Kernel, its enabled by default right? Do we need to configure anything? hmm.gif

so u means that after create the nandroid backup just install the .zip from sd card??
*
Nandroid backup is a must cause it serves as a restore point in case u screwed up.
There are also other steps required, the most common is full wipe (SD/cache/dalvik). Some of them require ext partition too.

Just remember to check the requirements of each ROM
