Wow block E Marriot tower VPed? How is the condition? From outside, it doesn't look ready at all. Malaysian always tolerate becoz worry any hohaa ll affect their property value and MEH definitely ride on this to continue its notorious act as irresponsible developer

My previous experiencr on ED... architect just signed only. Onoy service lift is available tat time and in pathetic condition too as floor at common areas not tiled etc. Heard empire residence also Vped... i think samr same condition... god bless.

It is not just 10k... and also all the cost n money of holding the vp prop but cannot do anythung about for next 6 to 1yr. Mall ll not open , lets be realistic... this yr no chance la. So hold hold hold n let it vacants... sooner big portion of 100k profit (based on above) ll be wiped out....

No other buyers make noise? Classic case study in future. A lot of interesting point brought up. MEH..whether lim was right or not no longer important. Damage was done.
