Good luck on VP. hopefully the situation/quality will be a lot better. aware this project also under "RUSHING" mode to meet the timeline.

I'm one of the owner in ED and staying here more than 2 years! all I can say from the truth the quality is "Extremely" bad. Seriously I never see such a handover process before but never new from the Empire. as I can see what happen in ED and also happen/repeat again in EC.

But after 2 years I only see some improvement but still a long way to go. Good luck to the EC owners..

Guys, if you have any issues on EC VP etc.. i suggest you form a FB group etc .. so we unite and share the information across the individual owner.. SOLO is very hard to deal with this developer... unite is only the chance to protect your rights.

I guess the condition is far worse than ED VP time. (at least have water and electricity)
