Guys ,
I m the owner yet the resident of ED units. I have moved into ED 3 months ago. Yes , the security really need to improve as currently the card access system is not done yet . Any stranger can be enter anytime. The lift issue we will highlight to management this weekend and see what is the mitigation plan. Others than security and lift . Everything is fine like parking, environment , cleanness, shop and neighbour.

i would say yes to Empire Damansara/ Empire City for their location. less than 1-2 km from Ikea, the curve and one utama. in term of quality , i think mammoth developer need to improve and fix the defects, otherwise will affect their EC2 in future. i would say it is a good start to buy a studio/soho in Empire for own stay / investment. after few years sell it and change to bigger condo.  good luck.

To be Honest , ED and EC got potential to fetch 1000/sqft with their prime location, MRT(curve) and concept. what they need to do is just to maintain the building well. i believe the lately lawsuit from ED and EC residents group will make these place getting better and kick the blood sucker out. Be positive
We can see the price dropped for EC and ED due to bad market, delay, defects and etc. i strongly believe once MEH insaf then the price will go up. current price will be a good entry price for young generation/fresh grad. anyway, if year end can drop another 5 percent , i will get my bro to buy a unit at EC who is just grad,

Is there anyone here will attend the AGM of EMPIRE DAMANSARA on Next tuesday ( 5th April 2016). Heard the group said it will be MEGA WAR between the Developer and Residents.
Anyone here can confirm the maintenance rates for EMPIRE SUBANG? i heard the rates had increased up to double after AGM as the JMB is controlled by MEH and it has voted according to allocated share unit which MEH got advantage as they owned most of the retail units. SOHO MEZ Deck now is chargeable!!!!

Summary of ED AGM, Uzma , MEH , Hotel and Retail s proxy had pawned Residential. All their staff had went all out , it is about 160-170 vs 60-70 ppls . Even without allocated share unit , resident will be still losing. It looks like empire subang history will be repeat in all empire s project.
The only good news was residential rep keep fighting and nvr give up. They had challenge the presented budget , calculation of allocated share unit, late notice, reduce rate for hotel and uzma , dirty game by management company and COB. Anyhow , the chairman and prop manager just proceed without listening to them.
COB was not decisive and had remained silent on these issue. Resident rep were complained that they are not neutral and bias to certain party.
Super dramatic AGM. I guess the war is begun and more lawsuit will be coming , It is not game over yet
