QUOTE(Donald Trump @ Oct 1 2013, 10:41 AM) Super "louyar" tenant profile ..not even a single big boy coming in..WTH is Texas chicken...i think ayam penyet is more famous Yeyyyy finally the sour grape guy is back!! hahhahahahaaGuys open ur eyes big big and see what the hell this Empire idiots are heading to...tak malu ke Been waiting for this guy to appear because whenever he does it cracks me up. Why would a normal person come to lowyat to bash a project? There are only 2 potential answers: 1) Ex buyer, let go too early now regretting and cry to sleep every night 2) Didn't buy at all from developer, not regretting and cry even louder at night |

QUOTE(Minolta @ Oct 3 2013, 05:14 PM) You sure sound like you got sodomised by the developer. Thats just sad. Well done Minolta! But really, people like Donald Trump are people who like to provoke and wait for reactions. So the best (and matured and smart) thing to do is to ignore him. Coz even the person with the smallest intelligence would know we're in no way defending the quality of the finishing of ED. And everyone can think of why anyone who's not sour grape would come in day in and day out condemning a project. None of the posters here has ever defended the developer. Thats also assuming you can read english. We've all condemned the developer. They rank bottom in terms of quality and responsibility. But returns are another matter. Fiction of 10%? Who the hell wanna fiction something like that? 10% aint even worth bullshitting about. If i REALLY wanna bullshit, I will say 20%. No need to tell any grandmother stories to push up any prices. Posting to push up prices are for woosies. I've never made any recommendations on prices or buy this place. This is fact. Happens in all threads, but I give shit when shit is due. And no kidding, theres a lot of shit here. And you dont need to read between any lines because you really have some trouble reading. Just keep slapping your head. It says sour grape all over. But just let him slap his face some more. It's actually pretty hilarious lol |

QUOTE(Martinis @ Oct 3 2013, 11:44 PM) Ok, let's put it this way, out of all the studios and sohos, how many units actually tenanted/occupied already? If all the things not ready, how do people stay there?? I think you guys are getting it wrong. Sure, the lifts might still look incomplete. Sure, there might still be defects. but there will be people who are willing to screw the small small defects and fix them while doing renovation for the house. That's what I did to my Soho2. If you wait for developer to fix every little detail, no one will move in. And your renovation contractor can fix those things in no time anyway, maybe even for free since you're paying for other stuff. So yes, there are people who have moved in since nothing's stopping them from doing so, the whole block is already CCC-ed. when you drive past at night you do see many units already have lights, which suggests occupancy. |

QUOTE(Minolta @ Oct 4 2013, 05:03 PM) You're absolutely right. Simple defect like scratches, chips etc are easily fixed. No point waiting to complete 2nd or 3rd inspection to start. Bro Minolta, how do I go about doing what you mentioned? You hired a lawyer just to get the defects done? But a tip for vested owners. Just a simple lawyer letter works real wonders.....in terms of speed and prioritisation. |

Hi guys I'm going to move into my Soho in Empire soon and I don't need the bed and sofa couch given by the developer so I'm willing to sell them off for cheap. Do let me know if you're interested. Phone number is 0173060103. Thanks much!

An agent told me minimum price is now 480k for Sohos in Empire Damansara. Not sure if it's true.
