Why don't u refer to Vipod thread? I only got my 2 units of Vipod's defects rectified after 2 months, that also not to my fullest satisfaction. They just don't care less. They also quickly VP to avoid LAD. I still remembered my sink was not even installed, kitchen table top was full of dust and my ceiling was not even painted. And mind you Vipod is a high end condo where as EC is middle tier. I got to give under table to the contractor to expedite the rectification work as I need to rent out fast. For EC, somehow I hv a feeling it is going to do well especially once the mall is done. Maybe Paris Hilton becomes my neighbor. As for know, suffer a bit loh. No rental income but need to service loan. Luckily capital outlay not too much.
