its funny the standard of our police nowadays. just this week there was an article in the Star about 21st century police.. seems like mentality still 19th century. they have police reports lodged, name, ic number, address, previous complaint of the initial con case forn the gfx cards. its a wonder why they havent lifted a finger.. maybe too busy getting kopi money.

another problem is they can register a new account easily.. but there's nothing we can do bout it..
buyers should really looks at the history of the seller.. esp if the seller has 0 post and is not doing COD.. but this doesnt mean seller with many stars can be 100% trusted.. buyer must be very careful, and try ur best to ask the seller to COD the item.
and safe trader tag must be strictly given to seller with a very good reputation and well known among the members. so if he/she do try to con later, other forumers who knows him can find him and kill him wahaha

if you did follow the treat... this guy using biubiu to build his reputation for awhile already.. he is really pation enough to do some sucessful small trade before con the big money..

i don't mind to lose half or all the money been cheat by this guy to get someone to break his 2 leg if someone can get underground ppl to get him...
