He is not in jail you stupid morons. He is still under investigation only. Police are still investigating and looking for more proof to nail this guy. Once all the evidence and witness has been collected, police DA or victim's lawyer (if commecial case) will make a case out of it. If the DA think that they have a shot at nailing this guy in jail, then they will proceed with bringing this guy to court. Or else, police will close this case due to insufficient proof.
Most of the time, if the victim does not insist or presuring the police to nail this guy, he will get away because this is a small case compared to murder cases and such and our local police are too lazy to waste time on minor cases. That's why chinseng80 need a lot more evidence and proof against this con men. But you dumb people only know how to sit behind your "father" paid monitor screen and watch this thread thinking someone is doing your dirty job. I don't blame 8balls for being harsh. With all the talk only attitude we have the kind of Malaysian attitude that is not doing the country any good. PS: the above procedures are just a general idea of how i see proceedings with police investigations work. I have no experience on how Malaysia police works but that is roughly how it should work from logical thinking. But at least I am using my brain instead of assuming he is in jail. Exactly. Most of the time, if the victim does not insist or presuring the police to nail this guy, he will get away because this is a small case compared to murder cases and such and our local police are too lazy to waste time on minor cases. Police might take forever to investigate, that explains why he is still out there con-ing more ppl. instead of sitting back, we need to provide police some solid proof and even better if more previous victims (who made police report before, i must emphasize) could identify this man. show up, please. |

Running away after "grabbing articles or money" isnt robbery? Thought it was. Jamesy also experienced the same thing with a phone, dont think he reported. He was the only one at that time who saw the "robber" taking his article and running away in the car(cant remeber Waja or Wira)

That's true, but he wrote what happened that time and he was not aware of the presence of the conman in LYN then.
