So lets say you park at a dimly lit spot and started kissing your gal. police came and knock knock your window, saw you and your gf kissing.
1) IS IT ILLEGAL to kiss in car? 2) Even if they wan saman you, do they need evidence? (eg picture or video to use as evidence?) 3) If no physical evidence, can their partner testify as the witness to the incident? |

im non muslim, and is there any solid case on this? any court ruled in favor of police? I've not heard any news on it. they of cos check IC, but can they charge or saman or bring it as a case??

the problem is some they eventually escape it without police saman, just like what JackLiu said. My fren also didnt get caught, just warning dun play play again. so there are inconsistencies, thats why i wonder

lol, and how will they define passionate. besides, if they want to frame ppl, they can just bring to jail and spend one night?
all 21 above age, but police still ask to call parents. say, 21 is considered adult, should be able to make own decisions. im sure they wanna play scare tactics. |
