nope..f42 is just like your metz plus it can swivel left and right..
unlike f58 which can tilt till the back and is capable of twisting in a semi circle to the left and right.what do you call that movement anyway?

Am a new Sony user and a beginner in photography. Just got A55 from Uncle Chin.

Just a photo to share with my new A55 (50mmf1.8 lens)....

if not mistaken luvdog is new to dslr and photography right?
so i would assume it's a lil hard for her to decide the pros n cons since there's no actual comparison

Hi, I'm still new in photography. so cant tell much on pros n cons coz got nothing to compare with. but till now, hv been very happy with A55. it's light, fast n picture/video is very nice 
i think it's a bit too technical for me now. 
wingster: thanks for this. so far i hv been using FINE. don know much of wat it means by recovery but so far, i like the sound of the continuous shot...

Oh, btw, anyone going to sony workshop on 23 oct? my first workshop with A55. hope can learn more things there
