newbieeeee: if i were u id get the f56.... but if ur really really scared something might go wrong.. then definitely the one with the warranty....

as for people editing.... i have to agree with lwliam that 90% of photographers to 'edit' their work... no matter how minimal or how excessive (if it works, it works)

any slight alteration to me is consider 'editing'... i usually adjust temperature and exposure...
coz thats all i know how to do... 

i think he means the time it takes for the camera to get ready for the next shot.

i know i know..hehe..i mean faster capture without changing lens.. like wat he said about the bird, after changing the lens, maybe the bird fly away oledi.. but with 18-250, can directly start to set and capture.. right??? maybe i really need experience it and compare both lens only will know which one is my dish!  wan convenience or wan better IQ..really hard to have both in one.. 

newbieeee i would have prefer a slower shutter speed for the waterfall shot... number 1,2 and 5 is good..
