WAZZUP my primitive fish keeper hobbyist from other places !!! Just wanna ask you pros bout something , which kinda primitive fish do you recommend , I am looking for something like :

1. Does not need much space
2. Does not grow more than 10 inches
3. Very hardy species
4. Good eaters ( I know most of em are LOL!!!)
5. Easy to keep
6. Affordable

Thx !!! I am not really planning to go into the hobby yet , but i just wanna learn on how to keep these Fossilized fishes LOL !! They are awesome . Suddenly found interest (a bit still) ever since i visit ''Xiang Leng's'' fish shop in batu pahat . And saw some Gars there . Was then thrilled about how big they grow .

Yea , if ya guys go to Zoo Negara's Fish Centre , there are plenty of primitive fishes , well .. not really that much LOL !!! So far i saw :

1. Some Araipama Sp.
2. Huge Patin
3. the common knife fish
4. Some other knife fish
5. Many many many different types of snake head
6. Climbing perch (dunno whether these are primitive or predatory)
7. Some eel (fire eel i think)
8. Garfish (is this part of the Alligator brothers ?? LOL !!) small ones
9. Arowana (plenty of em at the entrance , just look to your right)

those above mentioned .. i think they are part of the primitive/carnivorous/predatory fishes .. so far ..

Again its me ... Kshen !!! LOL !! Another question here regarding predatory/prehistorical/carnivorous fishes . I did some research and found that not all Gars can grow up to the largest maximum size (meaning monster sized) . So , i just wanna ask , which Gar among the Gar genus is the smallest growing sized ??

And another question here . Anyone here can recommend a predatory fish not more than 2 feet ? LOL !!! I know this sounds kinda shitty and NOOBY , but i have lack of space so maybe wanna try keeping something smaller , perhaps maybe not a prehistoical type of fish , just looking for other types of fish which is capable enough to gobble up feeder fishes . (other than arowana , flower horn , patin , etc...) Small sized please LOL !!
