i just visited Lake Akan where it is the home to marimo.
honest speaking, genuine marimo is protected and not available for sale.
duplicated marimo (which is massively available around Akan-ko) is generally hand-rolled into a ball shaped and claims as real marimo.
genuine marimo grows naturally into a ball like.
It is very unprofessional for you to claim other people's marimo to be not genuine and duplicated without any proof. How sure are you that genuine marimo are not available for sales? How can I close all deals without any complain but with all good feedbacks if my marimos are not genuine. This is like what happened to your personal sales at the hood and hob and other electronic appliances section, where you said people came and report to your supplier that you're selling cheap and then they make false assumptions saying your stocks are underwater set, unauthorised stock or low grade stock. Don't you think you're just doing the same thing like those people you hated? So does this means that you are selling fake stocks as well from what other people say about your stocks although you said your stocks are genuine? and bro, no offense, before you go around saying people's things are not genuine, why don't you go to your own sales thread and clarify that your stocks are genuine and not like what people complained about your fake stocks?

Here are some explanation and statement to you.
You are incorrect bro, Yes, there are protected marimo but also there genuine marimo which are available for sales but with applications. My supplier did all the legal permits and hence it is not like what you mentioned, duplicated marimos. And the one you mentioned hand-rolled marimo and shaped to ball, I 100% bet you never owned a marimo before this, if yes, you will not come out with this statement

because if marimo in small pieces, no matter how you roll they also will not stick together and form a big ball shape.
